Ausmus Fires Big as Negreanu Sits Down

Level 4 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Jeremy Ausmus in the big blind and Viktor Blom in the cutoff were heads up on a A4832 board. Ausmus put in a pot-sized bet of 147,000, to which Blom folded after some thought.

Action went six-ways to a flop of 6105 and it checked around to Santhosh Suvarna in the hijack who bet 35,000. Everyone folded and the pot was pushed Suvarna's way.

The next hand, action went six-ways to a flop of J73 and it checked around Suvarna in middle position who bet 45,000. Only Jonathan Azoulay called in the cutoff and the turn landed the 10. Suvarna fired out a pot-sized bet and Azoulay gave up his hand.

Frank Scoops a Huge Pot

Level 3 : Blinds 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

Talal Shakerchi raised in the hijack to 4,000, Isaac Haxton three-bet to 18,400 and Christopher Frank four-bet to 64,000, Shakerchi folded and Haxton called.

The flop came J3K, and Frank bet 138,400 and with only roughly 9,000 behind Haxton put Frank all in, Frank called.

The board ran out Q9, Frank doubled and Haxton was left with roughly 21,000.

Winter Takes From Li

Tong Li limped in from middle position, Sean Winter raised to 7,200, action folded back to Li, who made the call.

Action checked to the river on a 79579 board, Winter bet 9,2000, and Li made the call. Winter tabled A9QQ, which was good enough to win this pot.

Suvarna Takes From Bujtas

Level 3 : Blinds 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

Laszlo Bujtas had opened from early position when Santhosh Suvarna put in a three-bet to 16,6000 from the small blind. Bujtas called, after which both players checked the 8KQ flop.

Suvarna then fired 26,000 on the 10 turn, which Bujtas called. Suvarna announced a pot-sized bet on the 2 river, but the exact amount did not have to be put in as Bujtas had already mucked his cards.

Jattin Chipping Up

Joni Jouhkimainen raised to 5,600 on the button and Farid Jattin defended in the big blind.

The flop came 8Q9 and Jattin check-called a bet of 4,500 from Jouhkimainen.

The 9 turn and 7 river both went check-check and Jattin tabled the winner with AQ108 for two pair, queens and nines with an ace kicker.
