Cates Takes It on the Turn

Level 15 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Action was joined with a flop and turn of 5KJ8 already dealt, and 200,000 in the pot.

Dan Cates had placed a bet of 150,000, and Arthur Morris called to see a river card.

The river 4 was revealed, and Cates kept his foot on the gas, announcing a bet of 375,000. Morris took a moment before folding his hand.

Chidwick Building Castles

Lou Garza limped under the gun, which prompted the player to his immediate left, and the button, both to do the same. Stephen Chidwick, in the small blind, put an end to the limping, raising to 150,000. Garza called, as did the next player. The button folded, and the three remaining players saw a flop.

Stephen Chidwick didn't slow down on the 464 flop, sliding in a tower of 25,000 chips, good for a bet of 500,000. Garza was the only player to call, putting himself at risk.

Lou Garza: 7653 All in
Stephen Chidwick: AKJ6

Chidwick's two-pair bested that of Garza, but the latter had a lot of ways to catch up.

The turn 9 gave both players a flush draw, but crucially, Chidwick had the higher diamonds.

The river 7 improved both players to a flush, but the nut flush of Chidwick was good enough to send Garza to the rail.

Le Ships Chip Lead Pot

Level 15 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Allan Le
Allan Le

The action was picked up on a 2897 turn. Gergo Nagy and Allan Le had already gathered a pot of 950,000 when Nagy fired a bet of 450,000. Le called, and the 7 river completed the board.

Nagy sized up to 550,000, and Le called after some time in the tank. Nagy showed KQJ9 for a bluff with a pair of nines, but Le had rivered a full house with AK87 to take down the massive pot.

Simao Adds Some Chips

Level 15 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Action folded to Joao Simao on the button, who opted to limp in. Small blind, Biao Ding raised to 100,000, and Simao was the only player to call.

Both players checked the 3Q4 flop, and Ding checked once again on the 5 turn. Simao took the opportunity to take over the betting lead, putting out a bet of 70,000.

This was enough to take down the pot, as Ding returned his cards to the dealer.

Deeb and Kenney Chop Up Krentzman

Level 14 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Shaun Deeb limped in from the hijack, and Bryn Kenney followed suit in the cutoff. Evan Krentzman then raised to 130,000 on the button, seeing both Deeb and Kenney call.

It checked to Krentzman on the 77J flop, who continued for 125,000. Deeb then pushed all in, covering both opponents. Kenney called off his stack of 510,000, causing Krentzman to muck his cards.

Bryn Kenney: QJ97 All in
Shaun Deeb: J1087

Both players had flopped sevens full of jacks. The 25 runout changed nothing, chopping up the pot.
