Richard Langdon raised to 350,000 on the button and got an all in shove from the big blind Matheus Grazziotin. Langdon snap-called taking them to showdown.
Matheus Grazziotin: A♣8♣
Richard Langdon: Q♦J♠
The lead instantly shifted when the flop dropped Q♣3♠7♥ which gave Langdon a pair. His chance to eliminate became certain when the Q♠ turn dropped. The 9♠ river, having no consequence, was dealt, sending Grazziotin to the rail.
Matthieu Rodriguez raised in middle position and Franco Tucci made the call.
The flop read 4♥Q♥6♠ and Rodriguez checked. Tucci tanked a minute and bet 300,000. Rodriguez decided to shove, putting Tucci at risk and the latter folded.
Yuefan Wang open-shoved for 1,180,000 in middle position. Louis Seguin, with 905,000 behind, announced all in in cutoff pushing any remaining players off the hand and taking Wang and himself to showdown.
Louis Seguin: K♦K♥
Yuefan Wang: 5♣5♥
The board ran 7♠10♠2♦3♥A♦ holding Seguin's kings up for a double-up and leaving Wang with only 275,000 behind.
A few hands later, Wang shoved all in with his remaining 275,000 under the gun. The player to his immediate left, Jeremy Becker, fired 700,000 leaving behind only 40,000. It was enough to isolate Wang into a heads-up showdown.
Yuefan Wang: J♦7♥
Jeremy Becker: A♦Q♥
The flop came J♥8♠A♠ and although Wang caught himself mid-pair against Becker's top pair, he expected the worse and was resigned. He started collecting his things as the dealer completed the board with a 6♥ turn and K♣ river.
Wang left the table as Becker was awarded the pot.
Louis Seguin open shoved his remaining 1,235,000 from the cutoff, and was about to get it through until Jack Maskill peeled his cards from the big blind, and snap-called.
Louis Seguin: A♠K♣
Jack Maskill: Q♥Q♣
Maskill held as the 8♥8♦4♣4♦5♥ board came all low, and Seguin had to hit the rail just after the redraw.
