Both players checked the 2♣5♥9♣ flop leading to the 8♦ turn. Lang bet, Roberts raised and Lang called, leaving 45,000 behind.

Lang checked and called off with his remaining stack when Roberts bet the 2♦ river. Roberts had two pairs, eights and deuces with Q♥8♥ but Lang had a better two pair with 10♠9♥ to double up.
