Winter Bluffs Fernandez After the Cards are Shown

Level 16 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
Sergio Fernandez
Sergio Fernandez

There was a raise to 19,000 from under the gun and Sean Winter three-bet to 150,000, leaving just a few chips behind. Sergio Fernandez four-bet shoved all in on the button and the action folded back to Winter who called.

Sean Winter: AQAll in
Sergio Fernandez: JJ

Fernandez looked to his right at Winter as the cards came out and Winter agreed to announce the cards. "Four, four, deuce," Winter said as the 442 flop hit the felt.

"Queen," he continued in a very monotone voice which got Fernandez to whip his head around and find out that it was the 10 on the turn. The river was the 6 and Fernandez held on to eliminate Winter just before the dinner break.

Leonard Knocked Out by Mao

Level 17 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Renji Mao raised to 22,000 under the gun. That was met by a three-bet from Patrick Leonard next to act. Action folded around to Mao, who went all in, and Leonard called.

Patrick Leonard: AQ All in

Buhaiov Keeps Stacking Chips

Level 18 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

A completed board of 532103 was spread across the felt and Valeriano Moreno was already all in and ready to leave the table. Pete Chen and Nazar Buhaiov were heads-up in the side pot that had well over 100,000 in the middle at this point.

Chen checked from early position and Buhaiov splashed in a bet of 140,000. Chen quickly called and tabled 108 for top pair. However, Buhaiov turned over K10 for a better kicker to win the side pot and Moreno's AJ went into the muck for the main pot.
