Collins Hits the River to Triple Up

Level 18 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Action was joined with Forrest Collins moving all in for 48,000, with both Daniel McGrew and Scott Ruegsegger making the call.

The dealer fanned out a K27 flop, and when Ruegsegger check-folded to a McGrew bet, the remaining players revealed their cards.

Forrest Collins: KJ All in
Daniel McGrew: AK

The turn 7 left Collins with just one more opportunity to find the necessary three-outer to survive, and just like that, the river peeled off the J.

Collins was elated, McGrew frustrated, as the dealer pushed the pot to Collins, good for a full triple-up.

Dunnett Cracks Morgan's Queens

Level 18 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Mayo Morgan jammed from the hijack for 172,000 and was called in the next seat over by Warwick Dunnett for less at 100,000 even.

Warwick Dunnett: QQAll in
Mayo Morgan: AQ

Dunnett held a healthy lead over Morgan, but the flop was eerie for Dunnett as it came 107K, which gave Morgan both a straight draw and the flush draw.

The 2 turn was a safe one for Dunnett, but the 8 was bad news and gave Morgan a flush to leave Dunnett with a small stack.

Oconnell Hits a Miracle to Crack the Aces of Davis

Level 18 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

John Oconnell made it 25,00 to go from early position and Joseph Davis three-bet to 75,000 from the hijack. When it got back to Davis he four-bet ripped it for around 300,000. Davis instantly called.

John Oconnell: KK All in
Joseph Davis: AA

It was the ultimate cooler that Davis happened to be on the right side of.

The J10Q flop gave Oconnell a few additional outs in the form of a straight draw. The 2 on the turn took away one of those outs as Davis held the ace of hearts. The 9 appeared on the river to give Oconnell the straight, keeping him in the tournament, and cracking the kings of Davis.

Mohamed Knocks Out Schinco

Level 18 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Namir Mohamed raised from middle position before Kim Schinco jammed in the next seat over for 92,000. The table folded back around to Mohamed, who called to send them to a showdown.

Kim Schinco: A8All in
Namir Mohamed: KJ

Schinco held a slight edge before the runout, but the flop put Mohamed into the lead when the flop fanned out 4J10. The J was the end of Schinco's tournament run as the inconsequential 8 hit the river.
