Team Singh Straightens it Out

Stephen Buell of Team Buell opened from middle position to 6,500. Louis Seguin from Team Seguin called in the hijack and Mehmet Siginc from Team Singh came along in the small blind. The dealer revealed the flop QK3.

SIginc check-called the bet from Buell of 12,000. Seguin decided to leave. The turn showed 7. SIginc check-raised all in with his remaining stack. The river showed A.

Siginc already stood up from his chair when Buell showed his AK, but it was Siginc with J10 who took down the pot with a straight.

Action was picked up on a board reading 6QJ29 with three players arriving at the river. Behnam Ghane of Team Ghane checked it over to Shaun Deeb of Team Deeb, who bet out for 30,000 into a pot of 70,000. Jacob Ferro of Team Ferro placed in the call, which sent Ghane into the tank, and after a while he laid down his cards.

Deeb showed 1010 for one pair with straight blockers, but it was Ferro who scooped and gained the table's chip lead, as he turned over KK for a better pair.

Merron had a commanding lead preflop and improved to top set on the K6J flop. However, Yuan had picked up additional outs in the form of a gutshot, and she wasted no time in hitting it as the 10 peeled off on the turn. Merron was unable to boat up on the A river, and Yuan sent his team home.

The flop came out 564, and both blinds checked to the preflop raiser Wheeler, who bet out 9,000. Lin folded, and Ramirez raised to 25,000. Wheeler waited for less than a minute and three-bet all in for 61,500. Ramirez called without hesitation and saw the bad news when Wheeler flipped over his set.

Ramirez was sitting with two pair, and Wheeler had a set, when the turn and river came with Q4, Wheeler hit the bigger full house for the win, which left Ramirez's stack on fumes.
