Day 3 Completed
Day 3 of Event #70: $1,000 LADIES No-Limit Hold'em Championship has concluded here at the Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas . Out of the total of 1,368 players that participated in the event, only seven players remain. On top is none other than defending champion Shiina Okamoto, bagging 7,500,000.
With 50 players returning for Day 3, Okamoto started the day as the chip leader and never let go of her chip advantage throughout. She is closer than ever to fulfill a back-to-back championship, eyeing both the WSOP Golden Bracelet and the top prize of $184,094 of the $1,203,840 total prize pool.
Following her in second is Juliet Hegedus with 5,600,000 chips. She also came into Day 3 as Okamoto's second, but unlike her, however, Hegedus’ stack went up and down, making her fall to third or fourth throughout the day. But her elimination of Elisa Nakagawa in 7th place boosted her stack back into second at the end of the evening. Finishing the top three positions is Stephani Hagberg with 4,575,000 chips.

Michael Mizrachi has once again raised the bar in what can be argued as poker’s most prestigious event.
Already sharing the record for most $50,000 Poker Players Championship victories with Brian Rast, Mizrachi now stands alone after capturing his historic fourth title on Saturday at the 2025 World Series of Poker. "The Grinder" conquered the 107-entry field, earning $1,331,322 from the $5,162,750 prize pool and further cementing his legacy as the event's most dominant force.

Ever misread your poker hand and felt like an amateur? Don’t worry. Even Daniel Negreanu does it.
The Poker Hall of Famer and seven-time WSOP bracelet winner has been eliminated from this year’s $10,000 Pot-Limit Omaha Championship after a rare misread led him to shove all-in against American player Mark Steinberg with his tournament life on the line.
The remaining 7 players bag for Day 4. They will return with cards in the air at 4 p.m. local time June 29, and play to a winner. The action will be followed in line with the PokerGo Stream from 5 p.m.
Tanith Rothman open-shoved all-in and got called by Heather Alcorn, putting her tournament life at risk.
Tanith Rothman: A♦9♥
Heather Alcorn: A♠K♥
Rothman was dominated from the start with Alcorn ahead. Her lead was further cemented when the board ran out J♥5♣J♠K♠7♦ sending Rothman to join Elisa Nakagawa before she could even leave the floor.

Elisa Nakagawa open-shoved all in for around 1,200,000 under the gun and got called by Juliet Hegedus on the button taking them to showdown.
Elisa Nakagawa: 10♦10♣
Juliet Hegedus: A♣Q♠
The moment the hands were tabled, Nakagawa stood up, preparing to leave. The flop came 5♠8♦8♣ keeping Nakagawa's lead but the turn A♠ fell pushing Hegedus ahead. The 3♠ river didn't help Nakagawa eliminating her in the process.
In an earlier hand, Nakagawa bluffed Hegedus out of a pot, and when the final table started, Hegedus jokingly told her happy rail that she would felt Nakagawa for doing so. She made good on her vow, but before Nakagawa left the table, Hegedus gave her an enormous hug of friendship.
