Freitas Catches Blomberg Bluffing

Level 3

Limit Hold’em

Richard Freitas raised from the cutoff and was three-bet by Colton Blomberg on the button. Action folded back to Blomberg, who called.

Freitas proceeded to check-called bets from Blomberg on the K78 flop, A turn, and 8 river.

Blomberg turned over 43 for a stone bluff and Freitas revealed K10 for kings-up to claim the pot.

Futai Sets Up Milgrom for the KO

Level 3

Pot-Limit Omaha

After a raise and two callers, Nicolas Milgrom made it 2,200 in the big blind and was called by David Rivera from under the gun, Yudai Futai in the cutoff, and Kenneth Wiik in the small blind.

On the Q62 flop, Wiik led for 4,200 before Milgrom raised to 17,000 and Rivera folded. Futai then moved all-in for 25,900, Wiik painfully folded, and Milgrom called off his stack of 25,300.

Nicolas Milgrom: KKQ6 All in
Yudai Futai: QQJ8

It was a cooler flop as the case queen landed to give Milgrom top two with an overpair and Futai had top set. Nothing changed on the 910 runout as Futai dragged a huge one and Milgrom was sent to the rebuy desk.

Kessler and Chearney Chop up Some of Chalkiotis's Chips

Level 3

Omaha Hi-Lo

Three ways in a raised pot on a flop of 1085, Allen Kessler led out for a bet from the small blind and was called by Michael Chearney in the big blind and Emmanouil Chalkiotis from under the gun.

The turn brought the 9 and Kessler bet again. Chearney raised, Chalkiotis called cold and Kessler made it three bets to go. Chearney four-bet, which got a fold from Chalkiotis and a call from Kessler.

Kessler check-called a bet from Chearney on the 7 river and he showed QJJ10 for a straight. Kessler turned over AAQJ for the same straight and they split up the pot.

Jesse Yaginuma

The World Series of Poker (WSOP) Millionaire Maker champion will collect the $1 million bonus check from ClubWPT Gold regardless of the WSOP's ruling on the alleged chip-dumping scandal, PokerNews confirmed.

Jesse Yaginuma overcame a 9-1 chip deficit to James Carroll during heads-up play in the $1,500 buy-in tournament to win the $1,255,180 first-place prize, a payout that is currently in limbo due to an open investigation into the matter. Carroll's $1,012,320 second-place cash also remains uncertain.

Coakley Shows Arganian the Nuts

Level 2

Omaha Hi-Lo

David Arganian raised from under the gun and was called by Donald Coakley in the cutoff, Alessandro De Michele on the button, and Rodrigo Mascarenhas in the big blind.

The J106 flop checked through to the Q turn which saw Arganian bet when checked to, and only Coakley called.

On the A river, Arganian angrily checked on the flush completing card and reluctantly called after Coakley bet, and he tabled K762 for the nut flush to drag another pot.
