Shoreman Out Before the First Break

Level 12 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

"He jammed into me on the river when I had the nuts," Anson Tsang said as he had just scored a full double against Jon Shoreman. The latter was then all-in for a single T-500 chip from the big blind and up against Sonny Franco in the small blind.

Jon Shoreman: AQQ6 All in
Sonny Franco: K873

Boukai Chips Up With Quads

Level 12 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Multi ways to the 864 flop, the action checked to Phillip Mighall and he bet 7,500. Charles Sylvestre and Rami Boukai called to then see the 4 on the turn. Boukai checked once again, and Mighall now bet 15,500. Sylvestre folded, and Boukai called.

They checked the 8 on the river, and Boukai tabled the 9988 for quads eights to scoop the pot.

The table has received somewhat of a face-lift with the additions of Mighall, Marco Johnson, and David Funkhouser while Oziel Velador and Nacho Barbero had been eliminated.

Karmazinas Turns Broadway to Bust Nogueira

Level 12 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Moonho Seo limped from the hijack before Dominykas Karmazinas raised to 13,500 from the cutoff. Rui Nogueira called from the button, and Seo called as well.

The flop of J8Q got checked to Nogueira, and he bet roughly 40,000. Seo folded, but Karmazinas check-jammed to put Nogueira all in. Nogueira called for his last 50,000.

Rui Nogueira: A1098 All in
Dominykas Karmazinas: AKJ5

Nogueira had the nut straight right now, but Karmazinas had a lot of outs to win the hand. The 10 turn gave Karmazinas the lead with Broadway, and the 6 river cemented Nogueira's exit from the tournament

Level 12 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Stephen Chidwick raised it up from middle position and Lenny Dicicco reraised to 31,000 on the button. Chidwick called and they went heads-up to a flop of J54. Chidwick checked to Dicicco who made a pot-sized bet of 65,000 which Chidwick called.

The turn was the K and both players checked to the 10 on the river. Chidwick led out with a bet of 40,000 and Dicicco instantly pushed all in for 145,500. Chidwick asked for a count and then called. Dicicco turned over KK66 for a set of kings but Chidwick held J974 for a flush to eliminate Dicicco.

Abdellatif Among the Early Casualties

Level 12 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Felipe Campins was aiming to knock out Jonathan Abdellatif, who had lost all but his last 11,500 chips. Abdellatif was then all-in with KKQ5 against his 9x9x6xXx which Campins all but mucked after the AK6 flop. The 6 turn gave Campins a single out to runner-runner quads but the 10 river was a blank.

The comeback for Abdellatif never happened as he busted shortly after.

Michael Rocco
Michael Rocco

Ryan Bambrick opened to 7,500 in middle position and Michael Rocco three-bet to 24,000 out of the big blind. Bambrick announced "Pot" and Rocco instantly moved all in. Bambrick called off his stack of just over 100,000 and the cards were tabled.

Ryan Bambrick: KK109All in
Michael Rocco: AA87

The flop came K84 and Bambrick flopped a set of kings to take a big lead. Rocco grabbed his chips and threw them across the table towards Bambrick, concluding that Bambrick was about to double up. The Q landed on the turn which changed nothing but it was the A on the river that gave Rocco a bigger set and all of the chips came back his way.
