Satoshi Tanaka raised to 20,000 from the hijack position, Mario Boos called from the big blind. The flop was 5♦9♣4♣ and Boos checked to the preflop raiser who bet out 13,000. Boos came along to see the turn.

The turn K♣ and the river 4♦ were checked by both players. Boos tabled 10♣7♣ and Tanaka mucked. Boos held the flush for the win.

Heads up, Ran Kadur, in the small blind, checked the 8♠5♦Q♠ flop with a pot of around 50,000. David Welch fired 18,000 and Kadur replied with an all-in shove for around 103,000 which Welch snap called putting Kadur at risk.

Kadur was ahead with a pair and a flush draw but Welch had a lot of outs with the nut flush draw and his overcards. On the turn, Welch took the lead when the K♥ fell. But his lead was short lived as the 5♥ dropped on the river, giving Kadur trips and a double-up to continue his tournament run.

Action was picked up with two players at the river of a board reading Q♣3♦5♣10♣K♦ with Igor Zektser and Thanh Duong still with cards in their hands. 120,000 chips were in the middle, and Zektser checked his action over to Duong, who made a sizeable all-in, which would put Zektser at risk should he make the call.

Zektser flicked in a 25,000 denomination chip to signify that he had indeed put himself at risk, with A♦J♣ for Broadway. He made the correct decision, as Duong's A♥7♥ was of course no good, and Zektser got a big double.
