Heading to the three-way turn of J1056, Santhosh Suvarna was the only one to check-call a bet for 42,000 by Dylan Weisman and they checked the 7 on the river when the back door flush draw arrived.

"Two pair," Suvarna declared and tabled the AA107. Weisman had that pipped with the AJ64 to win the pot.

Ben Mintz

Ben Mintz, aka "Mintzy," on Tuesday, took one of the dirtiest bad beats we've seen all summer at the 2025 World Series of Poker (WSOP).

The Barstool Sports personality, thanks to a one-outer on the river, is out of Event #75: $1,000 Mini Main Event on Day 2. He earned a small cash but was devastated by the manner in which he exited the tournament.

Cowen Fires Three Barrels

Level 4 : Blinds 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

Jared Bleznick raised to 15000 from under the gun. Robert Cowen three-bet to 50,000 in the hijack. Blezinick was telling the table about the Main Event side action he had booked, before a player at the table informed him his clock was running. "Oh, you raised me?" he asked Cowen. Bleznick then threw in the call.

The flop was K1010, and Cowan bet 20,000 when action checked to him. Bleznick made the call.

The turn was the 9, and Bleznick checked again. Now Cowen bet 40,000. Bleznick again called.

On the J river, Bleznick checked. Cowen then bet pot, a total of 235,000. Bleznick folded, and Cowen took down the pot.

Bleznick Attempts a Round of Straddles

Level 4 : Blinds 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante
Jared Bleznick

As this hand was being dealt, Jared Bleznick was trying to coax the players into a round of straddles, but no one complied.

Martin Dam limped in from middle position before Bleznick raised to 15,000 from the hijack. Stephen Chidwick called on the button, Robert Cowen called from the small blind, Arthur Morris defended his big blind, and Dam also called.

Five ways to the 72Q flop that got checked around for the J to fall on the turn. After four checks, Bleznick bet 80,000. Chidwick folded before Cowen check-raised to 325,000. Everyone, including Bleznick, let go of their hand, and Cowen earned the pot.
