Britton Gets Off Light Against Correia

Ruben Correia raised to 1,300 in middle position and was called by James Gorham on the button and small blind Simon Britton.

The flop came Q♦2♣4♣ and Correia bet 2,200. Gorham folded, while Britton called to see the 3♥ turn.

Correia then bet 5,000 and Britton again called. Britton checked over to Correia once more on the 5♠ river, and this time Correia checked back.

"Bad runout. I had you crushed," Correia said as he showed 4♥4♠ for a set. Britton tossed king-queen into the muck.

"Expensive river for me," Correia added after the hand.

"It's okay. You don't want to take any more chips off me," Britton added.

"I do. Nothing against you personally, I just like chips," Correia replied.
