All three players checked the 4♥ turn, but Kato put in a bet of 5,500 on the 4♣ river. Pinto folded, and McDougall called.
Kato turned over K♣Q♣, which was only good enough for half the pot as McDougall flipped over K♥Q♦, for the same hand.
The dealer apportioned the pot, and Pinto's invested chips were split between his two opponents.
