Manolio Continues the Spin-up
Joseph Tauber and Julian Manolio were heads-up to a flop of A♣6♠10♦ when Manolio bet 6,000 into a pot of around 44,000. Manolio just called, leading the dealer to put out the 9♣ on the turn. Tauber slowed down with a check, as Manolio took the initiative. He chose a sizing of 24,000. Tauber asked how much, and quickly slid in a calling chip.
The 5♠ peeled off on the river, and Manolio bet again, this time for 63,000, when checked to. Tauber didn't take too long, again, before calling. Manolio showed the goods, as he was holding A♥A♠. Tauber showed the J♥ before going to muck. He then revealed his other card, the A♦ before finally doing so. He stood up and muttered an expletive.
Manolio now has over four starting stacks, despite not registering until halfway through Level 6.
