No Slowing Down from Nadal

Level 8 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

John Petro kicked the action off with a raise to 2,500 from the hijack. Jose Nadal followed by putting his big stack to use, three-betting to 8,000 on the button. Action folded back to Petro, who made the call.

The dealer spread a 10KJ flop, and when Petro checked in flow, Nadal continued for 6,300. Again, Petro called.

There was no sign of easing off the pressure from Nadal on the 5 turn. Petro checked to him once more, and this time Nadal put a more substantial bet of 26,200 into the middle.

That was enough to see Petro return his cards to the dealer, surrendering the pot.
