Elias Cracks Reisz's Aces
Level 10
: Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
In the last hand before the break, players were already three-ways on the K♦4♦5♦ flop, with Robert Elias sitting under the gun, Cliff Maloney on the button and Garret Reisz in the small blind. The pot stood at around 40,000.
Reisz bet 30,000 on the flop, and Elias moved all in for 110,000. Maloney folded and Reisz called.
Robert Elias: 8♦7♦
Garret Reisz: A♦A♠
Elias was ahead, having flopped the flush. There was no change on the J♥ turn or 9♥ river, and he secured himself a huge double-up.
