Alarm Bells Ringing For Moore as Fewster Doubles in Lengthy Pot
Level 23
: Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
Mathew Moore raised to 80,000 in early position before Henry Fewster three-bet to 225,000 in middle position. Moore four-bet to 480,000 and Fewster called.
The flop came Q♣5♦5♣ and Moore continued for 225,000. Fewster called and the 2♥ fell on the turn.
Moore took a moment before checking over to Fewster, who bet 300,000. Moore again tanked for a few minutes and called to see the 8♠ river. He checked once more, and Fewster took his time before moving all in for 360,000.
Moore went deep into the tank, taking more than five minutes until he called with K♦K♣. His suspicions proved correct, however, as Fewster turned over A♣A♦ to earn a double up in a pot that took around 10 minutes off the clock.
