Hallaert Takes From Jattin With Ace-High; Veloso Bets Big in Three-Way Pot
Kenny Hallaert raised to 110,000 in early position, Farid Jattin three-bet to 350,000 in middle position, and Hallaert called.
The flop came 10♦4♣J♥ and Jattin bet 440,000. Hallaert called and they both checked on the 2♣ turn.
The 10♣ river was also checked down and Hallaert showed A♠Q♣ to win the pot with ace-high.
At the same time at another table, Sergio Veloso had bet 200,000 from the hijack on a flop of A♠2♦7♠ and Hartt Stearns called in the small blind. Daniele Primerano then raised to 660,000 in middle position and both opponents called.
Action checked to Veloso on the 4♠ turn and he bet 1,300,000. Stearns quickly folded, but Primerano took more than five minutes until announcing a fold, leaving it to the dealer to retrieve his cards while Veloso took in the pot.
