Margereson Waits to Hear "Payout"

Nick Pupillo raised to 100,000 in early position and Kaiwen Chen called on the button. Scott Margereson then reraised to 1,100,000 in the small blind and Pupillo, sucking vociferously on a straw, called while Chen got out of the way.
The flop came 5♥4♥5♠ and Margerson checked over to Pupillo who bet 200,000, enough to put Margereson all in. The tournament clock showed 225 players remaining, and with 224 making the next pay jump, Margereson waited until he heard another dealer across the room shout "payout" before sticking in his last chips.
