Power Takes a Chunk Off Afriat
Level 31
: Blinds 125,000/250,000, 250,000 ante
Eric Afriat raised to 550,000 under the gun with 8♠8♣, Chad Power three-bet to 1,300,000 in the cutoff, and Afriat called with the A♣3♣.
Power bet another 800,000 on the 6♥5♦2♥ flop and Afriat called. Afriat then led out for 1,800,000 on the 7♥ turn, and Power called.
Afriat checked the A♦ river, and Power bet 1,600,000. Afriat tapped the felt and slid his cards into the muck as Power took down the pot.
