Hero Fold Gone Wrong for Jaka

Level 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Three ways on a flop of 725, Leland Postil checked from under the gun to Benjamin Gold, who bet 3,500 from middle position. Faraz Jaka called from the hijack and Postil then check-raised to 8,000, which got a fold from Gold and a call from Jaka.

The Q fell on the turn and Postil continued for 15,000, sending Jaka into the tank.

Jaka weighed his decision and then folded K10 face up for the second nut flush. Postil revealed 77 for a set, which got a "Nice hand," from Jaka as Postil collected the pot.

Action then checked to showdown as the board ran out KJ, Houssais tabled KQ for two pair, and Dopazo tabled AA.

Cipiti Sees an Early Exit

Ueberton De Aquino was seen dragging in a pot after having knocked out Nick Cipiti.

With cards still on their backs at showdown, De Aquino held KJ on a board of 10J654 to best Cipiti's KQ.

PokerNews caught up with De Aquino after the hand to get a quick recap of the action.

According to De Aquino, he opened the action with a raise in the hijack and Cipiti three-bet jammed in the cutoff for about 11,000. De Aquino made the call with the covering stack.

In a single-raised pot with three players seeing a board of AAQ and around 3,000 in the middle, Gregory Sly checked from the big blind and Kelly Lucas checked from under the gun. Stephen Peppin bet 1,000 from middle position and only Lucas called.

Lucas check-called a 2,000 bet from Peppin on the 2 turn before both players checked the 7 river. Lucas had KK for two pair, aces and kings to win the pot.

Hirst Jams On Nimer

Yucel Eminoglu raised to 1,000 from early position and Adam Singer called in late position while Zachary Hirst called in the hijack. On the button, Ahmed Nimer raised to 3,800 which folded out Eminoglu while both Singer and Hirst called.

Singer checked the flop of 943 over to Hirst who bet 6,000, prompting Nimer to raise to 12,500.

That bet folded out Singer and Hirst moved all in for 31,100 effective. Nimer pulled his card protector off of his cards, looked at them again before tossing them into the muck.
