Spencer & Blom Happy to Chop the Pot

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante
Viktor Blom
Viktor Blom

Nathan Ivarsen raised to 900 from the button before Lewis Spencer three-bet from the small blind. Viktor Blom cold four-bet out of the big blind to 13,200, which only Spencer called.

Spencer knuckled the action over to Blom on the 35J flop, and Blom fired out a small bet of 6,800. Spencer stuck around with a call.

Two checks followed the J turn to see the 6 appear on the river. Another round of checks came and Spencer showed AK for ace-high. Blom couldn't beat it, as he turned over AK for the same hand, and the two chopped the pot.

Saleh Rivers the Nuts

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

Action was joined with a full board showing 893K7, and roughly 12,500 already in the middle.

Paul Runge had checked the action over to Syed Saleh, who placed a bet of 4,000. Runge wasn't overjoyed with the situation, quite the opposite. He sat back in his seat and gave his options some consideration before flicking in the call.

It was immediate bad news as Saleh turned over AJ for the rivered nut flush.

Daniel Takes From Morgenstern

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

Action was picked up in a pot between Anton Morgenstern in middle position and Thomas Daniel in late position.

The pot contained 5,800 in the middle and both players checked the flop of 8A4 to the turn 2 where Daniel bet 1,800 after Morgenstern checked over to him.

Morgenstern called that bet and checked the 3 river over to Daniel who fired another bet, this time to the tune of 5,200.

After some thought, Morgenstern tossed his hand into the muck and Daniel took down the pot.

Simon Lofberg

With 24,000 already in the pot, cutoff Simon Lofberg checked the 45Q39 river over to Mark Zajdner on the button, who bet 11,000.

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante
Philip Sternheimer
Philip Sternheimer

Remi Derossi raised to 800 from the hijack and was called by Philip Sternheimer in the cutoff and Haim Gabay in the big blind.

Action checked through on the A54 flop and Gabay checked again to Derossi, who bet 1,900 on the J turn. Both Sternheimer and Gabay called.

The 8 completed the board and and Gabay checked a final time. Derossi bet 6,000, which got a quick call from Sternheimer and a tank-fold from Gabay.

Derossi turned over AK for top pair, but Sternheimer revealed A8 for aces and eights to claim the pot.

Gasevic Takes a Small One

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

Hen Rosilio raised in early position to 700 and was met with a three-bet by Nikola Gasevic, next to act, to 2,000. Kevin Neb made the call on the button, and Rosilio came along too.

Gasevic continued for 2,200 on the Q23 flop, and only Neb made the call.

When the dealer revealed the Q turn, Gasevic managed to shake Neb off, when his bet of 5,000 received a fold from his opponent.
