With 6,000 in the middle on a board of 49A5, Jesse Mull checked from the small blind and Ren Lin put out a pot-sized bet from middle position. After a few moments, Mull made the call.

The J rolled off on the river, and Mull decided to check again. Lin fired out a big bet of 18,400, prompting Mull to go into the tank. After thinking for multiple minutes, Mull folded and allowed Lin to pull in the pot.

Souki Loses Some to Zarzycki

Three ways to the 1086 flop, Philippe Souki in the big blind checked and so did the third player in the hand before Robert Zarzycki on the button bet 1,500. Only Souki check-called and did so again for 4,000 on the 5 turn. They checked the K on the river and Souki announced a six, but mucked when Zarzycki showed his J10.

McGraw Suffers Late Knockout

Rick McGraw went all in from middle position, getting calls from Corey Wick, also in middle position, and Jason Daly in the hijack.

Wick and Daly checked down through the runout A510A10.

McGraw showed 55 for a full house, but Wick's A9 gave him a bigger one and knocked McGraw out of the tournament minutes away from Day 2. Daly had KJ.

Liu Crosses Six Figures During Last Hands

Matthew Liu raised to 1,500 on the button. Mikolaj Zawadzki three-bet to 7,500 in the big blind, which Liu called.

Zawadzki continued for 5,700 on the Q810 flop. Liu called to the 6 turn, which both players checked. The 10 river was also checked through, and Liu's JJ bested Zawadzki's AK at showdown.
