Rafael Stern opened to 120,000 from under the gun and Sejo Kasic called in the hijack.
Stern checked on the flop of A♠8♥2♠ and Kasic bet 100,000. Stern called. Stern checked again on the 10♠ turn and Kasic bet 200,000. Stern again called.
Stern checked once more on the 7♥ river and Kasic checked back. Stern showed Q♠Q♦, but it was no good againt the pair of aces of his opponent with A♥6♥.
Chad Power raised the button to 180,000 with J♠8♠ and Sebastian Schulze called in the small blind with A♠J♣. Alexis Lucarini was in the big blind with K♠10♠, and he called, leaving himself 540,000 behind.
On the 9♦10♥5♣ flop, Schulze checked with his two overcards and Lucarini shoved his 540,000 in the middle. Power flopped an open-ended straight draw and called, which got Schulze to fold.
Lucarini needed to fade a queen, jack, or a seven, but failed at the first hurdle as a Q♥ on the turn gave Power a straight. A 6♦ on the river didn't help Lucarini, and he hit the rail.
Matija Kajtez opened to 120,000 in middle position with K♣10♣ and Daniele Primerano flat-called in the hijack with A♥A♣ which allowed Gonzalo Jose to tag along with 9♦6♦ in the big blind. The flop came K♥J♥7♥ and the action checked to Primerano who tossed in a bet of 160,000 which only Kajtez called.
The turn brought the the 8♣ and Kajtez checked again. Primerano checked it back and the 4♣ rolled off on the river. Kajtez checked one more time and Primerano announced a bet of 775,000. Kajtez was left in agony for nearly three minutes with just top pair but eventually made the correct laydown.
Holding A♦J♣, Stephen Hesse raised to 135,000 from middle position and was three-bet to 400,000 by Paul Gibbons in the hijack with K♠K♦. When it got back to Hesse, he decided to call.
After Hesse checked the flop of A♣10♥7♥, Gibbons placed out a continuation-bet of 275,000. Hasse took a few moments and then called.
Both players checked the 8♦ turn to see the A♥ appear on the river. Hesse led out for 310,000, and Gibbons went into the tank. After deliberating for a while, Gibbons folded and relinquished the pot to Hesse.
There was a sizable pot to the Q♦6♠3♦J♠J♦ river when Rodrigo Jim checked out of the big blind. Kyle Grupp bet 500,000 from under the gun and received the very reluctant call by Jim, who then mucked upon getting shown the 7♦5♦ for a flush by Grupp.
Michael Mizrachi raised to 125,000 in the hijack with K♣J♣ and Farid Jattin three-bet shoved all in for 1,130,000 in the cutoff. Stefan Nemetz picked up a monster in the small blind and just flat-called. Mizrachi let his hand go and the two remaining hands were tabled.

Jattin found himself in a dominated position and the flop of Q♦6♦5♦ just narrowed his outs even further. The 10♠ on the turn changed nothing as the J♠ on the river gave both players a staight but it was Nemeth with the better of the two.
Joey Padron opened to 120,000 in the hijack and Samuel Rosborough three-bet to 480,000 in the big blind. Padron called.
Rosborough checked on the flop of 5♠9♦9♣ and Padron checked back. Rosborough then bet 650,000 on the 6♠ turn and Padron laid it down.
At the same table, Micah Raskin explained to Nicholas Ramsey that diet soda is just a marketing scheme designed to trick people into thinking they are being healthy.
Murilo Milhomem raised to 200,000 from the small blind, and William Camp defended his big blind.
On the 4♠7♥3♣ flop, Milhomem decided to bet 175,000, and Camp made the call in position.
Two checks followed the 10♣ turn to see the 2♠ hit the river. Milhomem bet 400,000, which caused Camp to go deep into thought. In the end, Camp called with A♥2♥ for bottom pair, but had to muck when Milhomem revealed J♣7♦ for a pair of sevens.
Kyosuke Nagami defended his big blind with a short stack behind against Joseph Henry and then got it in after the J♣10♠4♠ flop to get called rather quickly.
