Barnett's Kings Hold

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Matthew Barnett opened to 85,000 in middle position and got called by Andrew Finlay in cutoff and big blind Thomas Nguyen.

They all saw a flop of 378. Nguyen shoved all-in for around 285,000. Barnett thought for a few seconds before flat-calling. Finlay asked how much Barnett had behind then after a few seconds, he folded, leaving Nguyen and Barnett to go to showdown.

Thomas Nguyen: J1095 All in
Matthew Barnett: KKQ5

Barnett was ahead with kings but Nguyen had some outs with a straight draw. The runout 34 didn't help Nguyen sending him to hit the rails.

Nabavi Wins a Three-Way All-in Pot

Level 23 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Play was already underway with what seemed like a four-bet from Shachaf Sholdman to 375,000 after Alan Engel, to his right, raised Seyed Nabavi's opening bet of 80,000 from under the gun.

With the action on him, Nabavi called. Engel, thinking of something else, raised all-in for just over 1,600,000. Sholdman and Nabavi, both covered, immediately shoved and called respectively. The trio tabled their hands for a three-way all-in showdown.

Shachaf Sholdman: AA74 All in
Seyed Nabavi: QQJ9 All in
Alan Engel: KKJ2

It was aces versus kings versus queens clash. The flop dropped 6Q3 pushing Nabavi ahead of the others. Both Sholdman and Engel still had outs to turn things around but the runout of 62 didn't help either of them. Nabavi scooped a huge pot, getting a huge chunk of Engel's chips and sending Sholdman to hit the rails.

Wazwaz Chipping Back up

Level 23 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Rob Wazwaz
Rob Wazwaz

In the following two hands, Rajai Wazwaz was building back his wounded stack:

The first hand Rajai Wazwaz raised from under the gun to, "Nothing crazy, just 105,000", which was the table statement. He received calls from Nirath Rean on the button and from Jonathan Bowers from the big blind. The flop came out with J9K, and Bowers checked, while Wazwaz moved all in for 200,000. Everyone folded, and Wazwaz stocked up his stack.

In the next hand, Wazwaz was in early position and raised it to "Nothing crazy just 105,000", and received a call from Nirath Rean in the small blind. The flop came out with 95J, and Rean checked while Wazwaz put out 310,000. Rean folded.

Wazwaz stated, "Good fold, sir".

Engel Cracks Crane's Aces

Level 23 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Ari Engel

Three players limped the pot - Alan Engel in middle position, Casey Wassell in late position, and David Munce in cutoff. Alexander Crane decided to bet the pot of around 295,000 and got everyone to call except for Munce.

The three players saw the flop of 826. Engel declared pot, which effectively placed him all-in as he had only 640,000 chips remaining. Wassell folded. Crane mulled over his situation, however, as he had only around 600,000 behind and would be putting himself at risk if he called.

Looking frustrated, he called taking both of them to showdown.

Alexander Crane: AAJ2 All in
Alan Engel: 8765

Crane's pocket aces was beaten by Engel's flopped two pair. The turn 5 and the river 10 didn't help improve Crane's hand. Crane congratulated Engel's hand and left the table.
