Hamada Looks Up Peters

Level 7 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Action was picked up on the flop in a pot between Thomas Graupner in the big blind, Shoichiro Hamada in the hijack and David Peters on the button.

The flop read K2A and action checked around to Peters who bet 10,000 and both Graupner and Hamada called.

Everyone checked the 7 turn to the 10 river where action checked around to Peters who bet 52,000. Graupner folded and Hamada burned one time extension before calling.

Peters turned over Q5 for queen-high while Hamada turned over A10 for aces up which was good for the pot.

Level 7 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Action picked up to the turn in a hand between Samuel Laskowitz from the big blind and Ihar Soika from the hijack. The board read J10210 and there was roughly 105,000 in the middle already.

Laskowitz checked to Soika who bet 38,000 and Laskowitz put in the call.

Laskowitz checked once more on the A river as Soika bet enough to Laskowitz all-in for his final 90,000, and he shrugged as he made the call after a little over 30 seconds.

Wilson Ships it on Shylko

Level 6 : Blinds 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante

Brock Wilson opened to 11,000 first to act and was called by Sergio Aguero from directly behind. It was then folded to Aliaksandr Shylko, who made it 40,000 to go on the button.

Wilson responded by announcing he was all in (having both players covered) and both Aguero and Shylko quickly laid their hands down to award Wilson the pot uncontested.

Ace-King Versus Ace-King Does Not End in a Chop

Level 6 : Blinds 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante

Barak Wisbrod opened the cutoff to 10,000 and Shoichiro Hamada called on the button. In the big blind, David Peters squeezed to 45,000. Wisbrod then announced all-in, Hamada folded, and Peters snapped it off as the effective stack for 299,000.

David Peters: AK All in
Barak Wisbrod: AK

A chop was looking likely until the Q95 flop gave Peters a flush draw. Nothing changed on the 8 turn until the 10 landed on the river, giving Peters the flush and the full double, and Wisbrod took in on the chin as he tossed out his payment.

Foxen Hits the Rail in Questionable Fashion

Level 5 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Alex Foxen
Alex Foxen

Jason Wong opened to 8,000 second to act before Alex Foxen jammed for 68,000 from the cutoff. On the button, Motoki Jinno immediately re-jammed for around 150,000, and Wong folded.

Alex Foxen: AK All in
Motoki Jinno: J6

The table was surpised to see the hand that Jinno showed up with, but he must have known something as the J66 flop gave him a full house. Foxen was drawing dead on the 2 turn to the irrelevant 8 river as the table stood aghast at what they just witnessed.

Jinno muttered something in Japanese after the hand that was roughly translated by a tablemate as "He [Jinno] doesn't care".

Aliaksandr Shylko opened to 8,000 from the hijack and was called by Sean Winter on the button. Adrian Mateos then squeezed to 38,000 from the big blind, which was met with a shove from Shylko for approximately 150,000 total. Winter got out of the way and Mateos called to put Shylko at risk.

It was a fair fight, but the K5758 runout left Mateos best with a flush to eliminate Shylko, who quickly reentered.
