Smith Takes Out Addamo

Level 14 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Michael Addamo opened to 50,000 from under the gun before Dan Smith three-bet to 150,000 from the hijack. It folded back to Addamo who used two time banks before he announced all-in for 340,000 and Smith called.

Michael Addamo: AQ All in
Dan Smith: 99

It was a coinflip scenario as the J76 flop kept Smith in the lead. Nothing changed on the 54 runout as Addamo exited the area and Smith collected the pot.

Ivey Doubles Through Foxen

Level 14 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Phil Ivey
Phil Ivey

Kyle Julius raised to 50,000 from under the gun and in the cutoff, Alex Foxen called. On the button, Phil Ivey moved all in for 425,000 and action folded back around to Foxen who called.

Phil Ivey: QQ All in
Alex Foxen: 88

The board ran out 292AQ and the queens full of twos was good for Ivey to double at the expense of Foxen.

Another Double for [Removed:555]

Level 14 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

[Removed:554] was all-in for his final 545,000 from the button, at risk against the covering stack of Sam Soverel in the small blind, who was holding his "lucky hand".

[Removed:554]: A10 All in
Sam Soverel: KQ

[Removed:555] was the slight favorite as the 766 flop changed nothing. However, the A landed on the turn to leave Soverel drawing dead to the 10 river as [Removed:555] improved to two pair to secure the full double.

Roesel Picks One Off

Level 14 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Action was picked up on a board of K6A105. Leonard Maue, in the big blind, bet out for around 150,000 into the middle. Dale Roesel didn't take long before putting in the call, showing nothing but a missed flush draw with Q8. However, incredibly, Maue had a worse hand, with 92 for a missed flush draw also, meaning Roesel's queen-high was good.

Simao Leaves Wasserson Short

Level 15 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Action picked up on the turn with the board reading KQ29. Eric Wasserson checked from the big blind to Joao Simao in the hijack who bet 175,000, a little under the size of the pot. After using three time banks, Wasserson put in the call.

On the 3 river, Wasserson checked for a third time to Simao who did the same after a small tank.

"Ten-high," announced Wasserson, but Simao wanted to see it.

Eric Wasserson: 105
Joao Simao: AK

Wasserson had a missed flush draw against the top pair, top kicker of Simao who took a sizeable pot off of Wasserson to leave him short.
