Childs Flops the Goods

Level 13 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

David Childs raised from late position to 10,000 only for Damon Kroupa to three-bet to 30,000 from the button. Childs called, and the players saw the flop of AKA.

Childs checked and Kroupa continued for 20,000. Childs called, and the dealer rolled off the 9 as the turn card. Childs checked again, and now Kroupa pushed out a bet of 80,000, leaving himself just 5,000 behind. Childs raised the additional 5,000 to put Kroupa all-in, and Kroupa snap called.

Damon Kroupa: AJAll in
David Childs: AK

Kroupa was drawing dead and sent packing when the irrelevant 8 came on the river.
