Caballero Makes Big Jump

Kurtz was in good shape on the flop of 6♥A♠4♥, but the 9♣ on the turn gave Caballero a set and the 5♠ on the river didn't change anything.

Cabballero moved among the chip leaders, Kurtz was left with crumbs, and was knocked out of the tournament in the next orbit.

On the turn 2♠, Davenport checked, while Martirosian took a stab for 350,000. Davenport stayed to see the river.

Both players checked the river K♠ and Davenport tabled A♣K♣ for the rivered two pair, and Martirosian mucked.

The flop came 8♥K♠A♠ and sent Bader further into the lead, but gave Hayashi a gutshot straight draw to send Bader to the rail. The 10♥ on the turn didn't help Hayashi, nor did the 5♥ brick on the river, and Bader was pushed the pot for a much-needed double up.

On different tables John McDonald and Carlos Guerrero busted iut of the event.
