Rash Recovers in a Big Way

Level 23 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

It was a rough start to the day for Connor Rash who came into the day as one of the chip leaders but was unable to pick up any momentum through the chaos that has ensued through the first couple of levels.

However, Rash raised it up to 60,000 in early position and Andrew Ostapchenko defended from the big blind. The flop came Q104 and Ostapchenko check-called a bet of 40,000 from Rash.

The turn brought the 7 and Ostapchenko led out with a bet of 105,000. Rash called and the 5 landed on the river. Ostapchenko checked this time and Rash splashed in a bet of 500,000. Ostapchenko took a couple of minutes to make the call and Rash turned over QQ for the best hand.
