Action picked up on an 852 flop in a three-bet pot between Josh Reichard in the small blind and Pierre-Alexandre Lessard in the cutoff with just over 26,000 in the middle. Reichard led for 8,500 and Lessard put in the call.

The 9 turn checked through to the 4 river which saw Reichard take some time before he put out a massive overbet of 92,000. Lessard would go deep into the tank before eventually tossing out calling chips.

Reichard tabled KQ for the stone bluff, prompting Lessard to reveal his 108 for the winner with his pair of eights.

"Wow," is all that the newly-minted bracelet winner Reichard could say as he sent the majority of his stack to the Canadian.

Messner Awaits Dinner

Level 8 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Christian van Doellen opened to 2,400 from the cutoff. Kyle Messner called out of the small blind, and Edward Mehnert joined with a call from the big blind.

All three players checked the 988 flop to bring the Q turn. Messner checked before Mehnert bet 2,700. The wager was called by van Doellen. Messner took his stack of chips and slammed them towards the middle to go all-in for approximately 26,000. Mehnert and van Doellen folded to award the pot to Messner.

"I'm just trying to make dinner break, so I can brag to my wife," said Messner after he collected the chips.

Grosshanten Takes Time, Chips

Level 8 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

The hand was picked up on the river with the board reading 2105AK and Xiang Zou having raised all in for 110,000 on the button.

Kyle Grosshanten struggled to make a decision on whether to call. After some time, he threw a slew of chips forward.

Kyle Grosshanten: QJ

Grosshanten's hesitation was jokingly mocked by the table, as he had a nice runout to the Broadway straight, but feared the possible backdoor flush.

"That wasn't a slow roll, right guys?" he asked his tablemates.
