Lauri Saaskilahti

Lauri Saaskilahti raised to 120,000 on the button and Lucas Jumalon three-bet to 400,000 in the small blind. Saaskilahti called, and they saw a flop of 2107.

Jumalon then continued for 225,000, and Saaskilahti called. Jumalon bet another 800,000 on the 4 turn, and Saaskilahti again called.

The river was the 9 and Jumalon slowed down and checked. Saaskilahti then announced all in, and Jumalon quickly folded.

Saaskilahti allowed Jumalon to pick one of his cards, and Jumalon turned over the 6. "What a beast," tablemate Abhishek Goindi said.

"Can I shake your hand, sir?" Ibrahim Naim added as he reached across the table.

"This should be the feature table," Goindi said.

Bad Beats Sends Griener Home

Level 24 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Jared Griener opened to 100,000 in early position and faced a three-bet to 250,000 from Michael Renna on the button. When the action returned to Griener, he moved all in for 700,000, and Renna made a somewhat reluctant call.

Jared Griener: AQ All in
Michael Renna: AJ

A dream spot quickly became a nightmare for Griener, as the dealer flipped over a J53 to give Renna the lead.

The 6 turn and A river offered no relief for Griener, who wished others at the table good luck before heading out.
