Jumalon Bets Out Liu

Zhao Liu raised to 1,100,000 in the cutoff and Evagoras Evagorou called on the button. Lucas Jumalon then three-bet to 4,250,000 in the small blind, and only Liu called.

Jumalon continued for 2,500,000 on the K74 flop, and Liu folded as he took another hit to his stack.

In a battle of the blinds, Antonio Galiana check-called the AJ6 flop for 1,500,000 against the newly arrived Malcolm Trayner before they checked the 2 turn. On the 7 river, Galiana bet 3,100,000 and was called by Trayner, who won the pot with the QQ at showdown.

Zhao Liu raised to 1,200,000 in the small blind, Evagoras Evagorou three-bet to 4,000,000 in the big blind, and Liu called.

Both players checked the 767 flop. Liu then bet 2,200,000 on the 10 turn, and Evagorou called.

The river was the 4 and Liu bet another 8,000,000. Evagorou tanked for a minute before calling, and Liu could only show A5 for ace-high. Evagorou also turned over AJ for ace-high, but his jack-kicker played to earn him the big pot.

Thomas Clack in middle position opened to 1,000,000. Will Givens to his left three-bet to 3,000,000.

The action went back to Clack, who four-bet to 7,200,000. Givens went into the tank but ultimately folded.

The flop came Q74 and Evagorou bet 600,000. Deeb then raised to 2,100,000, and Evagorou quickly folded.

"Let's go, Shaun!" Deeb's rail shouted out as he took down his first pot since arriving at this table.

Kyosuke Nagami raised to 5,000,000 from the cutoff with 700,000 behind and Daniel Savas in the small blind three-bet to 10,000,000. It folded back to Nagami, who called all in, and both players turned over the following pocket pairs.

The Japanese rail, including WSOP Player of the Year contender Naoya Kihara, yelled out when the flop came KJ3. However, the Q turn was a dagger in the hopes of Nagami, leaving him with just one out. No miracle came with the 2 river and Savas earned the knockout with his set of queens.

Two years ago, Nagami finished in 21st place and now he bowed out in 23rd place for $325,000.

Evagoras Evagorou raised to 1,125,000 on the button and Michael Gagliano called in the big blind.

The flop came AAQ and Evagorou bet 500,000. Gagliano called.

The Q turn was checked through, and Gagliano then led out for 1,500,000 on the 4 river. Evagorou snap-called.

Gagliano's 88 was counterfeited by the board, and Evagorou turned over QJ for a full house to win the pot.

Yuan was marginally ahead but fell behind on the QJ2 flop. His rail shouted for the "ace from space" but it never came on the 8 turn and 9 river. Lewis jumped up to high-five his rail, while Yuan had to settle for $325,000.

Smith checked on the flop of 7710 and Mueller bet 500,000. Smith folded the best hand.

Evagoras Evagorou raised to 1,125,000 under the gun and Giuseppe Pantaleo moved all in for 4,225,000 in middle position. Tolga Karakaya then reshoved for 9,925,000 on the button and Zhao Liu called in the small blind, while Evagorou took a minute before folding.

Liu had a chance to eliminate both players if he could win the race against Karakaya's queens, while Pantaleo was dominated by both opponents. The flop came 865 to keep Karakaya in the lead, and the rest of the board ran out 102.

Karakaya scooped the pot to earn the double up off Liu, while Pantaleo was sent to the rail in 25th place.
