Antonio Galiana raised to 2,500,000 from under the gun and Michael Gagliano came along from the big blind to a flop of J♥9♠8♦ flop that was checked right away to the 6♠ turn. Gagliano checked again and so did Galiana. On the 4♦ river, both checked again and Gagliano won the pot with 8♥7♠. Galiana mucked A♦10♥.
Rami Hammoud joined the post break activities with a raise to 2,400,000 and found no callers.
Lauri Saaskilahti made it 2,500,000 to go from the cutoff and Hammoud in the big blind three-bet big to 12,500,000. That was enough to force out the Finn after very brief consideration.
Galiana then raised to 2,500,000 in the cutoff and forced three folds from the players behind.
Evagoras Evagorou raised to 2,500,000 in the cutoff and Malcolm Trayner called in the big blind.
Evagorou continued for 3,300,000 on the Q♥5♥10♣ flop, and Trayner called. The 6♦ turn and 8♦ river were both checked down, and Trayner showed Q♥9♥ for top pair to win the pot.
Michael Gagliano made it 2,500,000 to go from the hijack and won the first pot after the break on the table of the four chip leaders.
Lucas Jumalon limped the next small blind and Lauri Saaskilahti checked to the Q♦5♥3♥ flop. Jumalon bet 2,000,000 and Saaskilahti called. Heading to the Q♠ turn, Jumalon grabbed into his stack and then made it another 3,200,000 to go, Saaskilahti called once again.
The 3♣ river completed the board and Jumalon fired the third street in a row, this time for 16,000,000. Saaskilahti quickly called and then mucked 5♦3♦ when Jumalon showed the Q♥6♠ for queens full of treys.

Greg Mueller made it 2,000,000 to go for Antonio Galiana to defend out of the big blind leading up to the K♠10♠9♣ flop. Galiana check-called for 1,000,000 and then checked the J♠ turn, as did Mueller. Both also checked the K♦ river and Galiana's rail chanted when their favorite won the pot with the Q♣3♥ for the king-high straight.
The next open raise to 2,000,000 came by Lauri Saaskilahti and he found no resistance. Rami Hammoud then won the last hand before the break and the remaining 12 players went on the next 20-minute break.
Tolga Karakaya raised to 2,000,000 from under the gun and Mario Boos called in the big blind.
Boos checked on the flop of 3♠Q♥6♥ and Karakaya bet 2,800,000. Boos called. Boos checked on the 8♥ and Karakaya checked back.
Boos bet 4,700,000 on the J♣ river and Karakaya called. Boos showed 5♣4♥, which was no good against the A♥Q♣ of Karakaya.
Lucas Jumalon raised to 2,000,000 and was called by Lauri Saaskilahti in the next seat. The K♠Q♠Q♥ flop saw Jumalon bet 1,600,000 and take down the pot without any resistance.
Antonio Galiana K♠10♦ then raised to 2,000,000 from the cutoff and for Jumalon J♣9♥ to call in the big blind. The monotone A♥7♥4♥ flop saw Jumalon check, Galiana bet 1,500,000 and win the pot much to the delight to the Spanish rail.
Jumalon Q♣9♦ limped the small blind and Saaskilahti 10♠8♠ checked to the Q♠6♦5♥ flop that went check, check. Both also checked the J♦ turn and Jumalon then bet the 3♠ river for 4,500,000 to force out Saaskilahti.
"USA, USA; USA;" Jumalon's rail suddenly chanted instead.
