Dominguez Overcomes the Odds

Level 31 : Blinds 125,000/250,000, 250,000 ante

Jason Machtinger was the first all-in from middle position with 1,200,000 chips. Jorge Dominguez came over the top with 3,450,000 from the seat next to him.

Brownie Garrett, who had the biggest stack, made the call from the small blind before Wayne Leonard folded.

Jason Machtinger: A10All in
Jorge Dominguez: A6All in
Brownie Garrett: AQ

Dominguez started from behind but jumped to the front in the three-ace race, with the flop 758 giving him a flush draw as well as open-ended straight draw.

It didn't take long to come home, as the J on the turn locked up the hand, rendering the K river meaningless.
