Johannes Straver opened to 30,000 in the cutoff, and faced immediate resistance as Turbo Nguyen three-bet to 90,000 on the button. When the action folded to Christopher Nguyen, he responded with a four-bet to 165,000. Straver folded, but Turbo then put in a five-bet, moving all in, having Christophers' stack covered, who called.

It was a preflop cooler that then flipped on its head, as the 7♠J♥5♠ flop saw Turbo leapfrog into the lead. The drama was far from over, though, as the A♠ turn gave Christopher a better set, but did offer Turbo a flush draw.

Like it was written in a script, the Q♠ rolled off on the river, seeing Turbo jump out of his seat in celebration, as Christopher was left with nothing more than a bad beat story.
