2026 World Series of Poker
Jesse Lonis raised to 225,000 from the cutoff, Brian Rast three-bet on the button to 1,100,000, Lonis four-bet shoved, Rast called.
Brian Rast: A♥Q♦
Jesse Lonis: 3♥3♣
It was a great start for Rast as the flop came J♦A♣K♥, and he held as the turn came Q♣ and the 2♠ on the river.
Ignacio Moron moved all in from the small blind, asking Philip Sternheimer to put himself at risk should he call. Sternheimer was happy with his hand and called.
Philip Sternheimer: K♣Q♠
Ignacio Moron: A♦2♣
The 8♣J♣4♦10♠7♣ didn't connect with either player, seeing Moron take the pot with ace-high, and Sternheimer was eliminated.
Action was picked up with 800,000 chips in the pot on J♣K♥K♦.
Kristen Foxen fired out a bet of 200,000 in the big blind and Eric Wasserson called in the small blind.
The 5♠ on the turn slowed the action down and they both checked.
The 3♣ on the river prompted Wasserson to bet 180,000, and Foxen called.
Foxen tabled A♦Q♠, but could not beat Wasserson's J♦10♥.
Ihar Soika raised to 200,000 on the button and Shannon Shorr responded by moving all in from the small blind for 2,800,000. The big blind folded, and Soika called off his stack of 1,435,000 to be at risk.
Ihar Soika: A♦10♦
Shannon Shorr: 4♥4♦
Shorr was looking to reduce the field by one but was unsuccessful, as the J♣6♦5♣J♦5♠ board saw his small pocket pair counterfeited on the river, providing Soika a double-up.
Nick Schulman raised to 200,000 from early position. Galen Hall went all-in for 915,000 from the big blind. Schulman called once the count was confirmed.
Galen Hall: A♣Q♦
Nick Schulman: K♦Q♣
The board ran out safe for Hall as it came 8♦4♣5♥9♥10♥, and he doubled.
The action was joined as Emilien Pitavy was all in and at risk from under the gun, against Kristen Foxen on the button.
Emilien Pitavy: A♠K♥
Kristen Foxen: 9♥9♣
Pitavy found a pair on the 10♦9♦K♦ flop, but was a long way behind Foxen's flopped set.
The J♠ turn offered Pitavy some extra outs, but it wasn't to be as the board bricked out with the 6♠.
The action folded to Dejan Kaladjurdjevic in the small blind, who moved all in, covering the stack of Shannon Shorr in the big blind. Shorr peeled his cards and called.
Shannon Shorr: K♥Q♥
Dejan Kaladjurdjevic: 2♠2♦
The 6♥8♥4♦ flop gave Shorr plenty of ways to win, and the Q♠ was one of the cards he was looking for. The 7♥ river improved his hand better yet, seeing him double up.
Dejan Kaladjurdjevic raised to 100,000 from under the gun with 10♠10♣, and Ihar Soika defended his big blind with 5♥4♣.
Kaladjurdjevic fired out a bet of 140,000 when the flop came 3♥A♣J♦, and Soika called.
Both players checked on the 3♣ turn, and Soika decided to lead for 275,000 on the Q♦ river. Kaladjurdjevic threw in a few time banks before he decided to raise 1,400,000. Soika snap-folded.
After peeling A♠4♠, Eric Wasserson opened to 200,000 from under the gun, and faced a three-bet to 500,000 from Kristen Foxen in the hijack with Q♦10♦. When the action returned to Wasserson, he moved all in for 2,980,000, and Foxen folded.
