River Hits Hipperson

Level 23 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Rocky Paradise limped from middle position before David Hipperson announced pot for 135,000 from the hijack.

Paradise shoved, and Hipperson called to put himself at risk for 275,000.

David Hipperson: AKQ3All in
Rocky Paradise: AAK2

The flop did not change the standings when it came 53J as Paradise still held the edge.

The 9 turn gave Hipperson some straight outs, but the river gave Hipperson the pot when the K peeled to give Hipperson a two pair to secure the double.

Hustler Casino Live

A couple hours into the Hustler Casino Live stream at the 2026 World Series of Poker (WSOP) on Friday, a regular on the show mysteriously disappeared from the game.

Britney, the player in question, had her chips removed from the table out of nowhere. She was on the stream one minute and then gone the next, without any announcement or explanation from commentators Alan Keating and Brent Hanks. But the stream went to a promotional graphic for a minute, then returned to action without Britney in the game.

More Chips for Hoenig

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Play was already under way with Jordan Joeckel in the cutoff going all-in for 375,000 in response to two all-in jams from Jean Laurent in the big blind and Ryan Hoenig under the gun. All three players tabled their hands and waited for the dealer to spread the board.

Jordan Joeckel: A992 All in
Jean Laurent: AA75 All in
Ryan Hoenig: AKJ7

The dealer displayed 865Q2 evoking a flustered comment directed at Hoenig, "What? You have three quarters!?" Hoenig won the high for a rivered flush and split the low with Laurent.

Joeckel, excluded from the party, left the table and headed towards the payout counter.
