Michael Rodrigues opened to 80,000, and Maxx Holland called in the big blind.
On a 6♠J♣2♦ flop, Holland moved all in for 110,000, and Rodrigues called.
Maxx Holland: K♥Q♥3♣2♣
Michael Rodrigues: A♥9♦6♦5♣
The A♠ turn and J♦ river were not what Holland was hoping to see, and he departed in 15th place.
Robert Nehorayan opened to 90,000 from the cutoff, which only Ryan Hansen called in the small blind.
On a 6♥K♥6♣ flop, Hansen checked in flow before calling a continuation bet of 110,000.
That put an end to the action, as both players checked the 5♥ turn and the 6♦ river.
"Ace-king", Hansen announced, tabling A♣K♠8♠2♠, which was enough to win the pot, as Nehorayan mucked his hand.
Action was picked up with three players with their chips and their hands in the middle of the table.
Elliott Kampen: Ax2x7x8x
Dennis Weiss: A♣K♥Q♦3♦
Ryan Hoenig: K♠Q♥J♥6♠
The board ran 5♦Q♠4♣2♦4♥ giving Weiss a scoop and sending Kampen to hit the rails
Ryan Hansen limped in from under the gun. Josh Arieh and Matthew Bretzfield did the same from the button and small blind before Thomas Zanot checked in the big blind.
The flop came J♥5♣K♠. Bretzfield led out for 200,000, pushing Zanot out of the pot. After asking for what Bretzfield had behind, Hansen raised it up to 500,000. Arieh got out of the way, prompting Bretzfield to go all in for 775,000. Hansen quickly called, taking them to the following showdown.
Matthew Bretzfield: Q♥10♥9♣2♦
Ryan Hansen: A♥K♥J♦9♦
Bretzfield got on his feet and claimed he was waiting for a backdoor flush. He started praying for a heart to come down, and as if his prayers were heard, the dealer peeled a 5♥ turn and a 7♥ river.
With the board completed, Bretzfield celebrated with a cheer for catching a flush. Just to be reminded that Hansen had the higher flush.
One of the players at the table, said "That's what you call manifestation. He called it and it happened."
Jack Moore raised to 140,000 in the cutoff and called when Rocky Paradise three-bet to 460,000 from the small blind.
Paradise took over the betting lead on the 3♣3♠6♦ flop, sliding a stack big enough to cover Moore's remaining 200,000. Moore called, putting himself at risk.
Jack Moore: A♠Q♣8♥5♠
Rocky Paradise: A♥9♥4♥3♦
The Q♠ turn and 2♦ completed the board, and Paradise scooped, winning both the high and the low, to eliminate Moore.
Josh Arieh opened to 100,000 in the hijack, and called when Thomas Zanot three-bet to 360,000 on the button.
The dealer spread a 6♦7♦9♣ flop, and Arieh slid a stack of chips into the middle; more than enough to cover the 150,000 Zanot had behind. Zanot called, and the cards were flipped over.
Thomas Zanot: A♠A♥8♦6♠
Josh Arieh: J♦4♦3♥2♥
Zanot was ahead, but had several outs to dodge. The 10♥ turn improved him to a straight, and the 10♣ river was a brick that confirmed his survival and a full double up.
On a neighbouring table, Nate Silver was eliminated in 21st place.
