Mizrachi became a huge favorite on fourth street after making two pair. By seventh street, Ausmus needed an eight to eliminate him, but instead peeled the Q♦. Even if Ausmus had hit his gutshot, it wouldn't have been enough, as Mizrachi's last card revealed the 5♦ for a full house to lock up the pot.
