The players are now omn their first 15-minute break of the day.
Heads up to the 7♠4♥3♦ flop with 8,000 in the pot.
Hannes Jeschka check-called Blaz Zerjav's 2,500 bet for the players to see the 9♠ peel off as the turn.
Jeschka checked it over to Zerjav once more, who barrelled a second bullet of 17,000. Jeschka flat-called.
The river brought the 9♥, and Jeschka checked for a third time. Zerjav didn't slow down and fired off a third bullet of 67,000.
This sent Jeschka deep into the tank, and he used two time extensions before he made the call, but mucked his hand on seeing Zerjav table K♦K♥
Stephen Chidwick made it 4,500 on the button and Fahredin Mustafov three-bet from the small blind to 23,000. Chidwick called and both players saw the 4♦J♥K♣ flop.
Mustafov bet 13,000, which Chidwick called to see the Q♠ roll off on the turn.
Mustafov decided to check, and Chidwick then fired 45,000. Mustafov returned his cards to the dealer, giving it up to Chidwick
In a single raised pot with around 13,500 in the pot, three players were looking at a flop of 4♠Q♣5♣. Vladimir Minko and Adam Weinraub checked from the blinds, and Qinghai Pan bet 9,000 from under the gun. Minko and Weinraub called.
Minko checked again on the 5♠ turn and Weinraub opted to lead out for 20,000. Pan folded, but Minko called.
Both checked the 10♥ river and Minko tabled K♣6♣ for a busted flush draw. Weinraub turned over Q♠J♠ for a pair of queens to take the pot.
With Christopher Nguyen already all-in from the small blind, Alex Foxen, raised to 3,500 from middle position.
Pavel Plesuv called from the big blind, creating a side pot with Foxen.
The flop came 8♠Q♠10♥. Plesuv reached for chips, Foxen folded leaving Plesuv and Nguyen for the main pot.
Christopher Nguyen: 3♥2♠
Pavel Plesuv: Q♦10♣
With Plesuv having flopped two pair, Nguyen had little hope.
while the 2♦ turn gave him a little more, the 7♣ on the river sealed his fate and sent him to the WSOP app to rebuy into the event.
Stephen Chidwick, Alex Foxen and Christopher Nguyen were all in preflop for 18,000 chips.
When the flop hit 8♠A♦K♠, there were checks all around.
The turn K♣ brought a bet of 38,000 from Nguyen, and a call from Chidwick. Foxen folded.
The board paired again on the river with the 8♦. Nguyen studied for a bit, then bet 98,000, holding back a pair of 500 chips.
Chidwick quickly raised. Nguyen elected not to toss in his final 1,000.
Heads up to the turn of 10♥2♦9♦Q♠ and there was nearly 60,000 in the pot.
Jean-Robert Bellande checked from the hijack, as did Hannes Jeschka in the cutoff.
The dealer peeled off the 4♦ as the river, and Bellande tanked for a while before he checked to Jeschka once more, who fired out a river bet of 50,000.
This sent Bellande back into the tank, and he was charged one time bank before he mucked his hand and the pot was pushed to Jeschka with no showdown.
Pavel Plesuv raised to 3,500 from the cutoff. Fahredin Mustafov three-bet to 21,500.
Plesuv came over the top with a bet to 48,000, which led to an all-in from Mustafov that more than covered the 134,500 chips Plesuv had left.
Pavel Plesuv A♠K♠
Fahredin Mustafov: A♦Q♦
The runout was kind to Plesuv, as the final board of 6♠K♣9♦Q♠9♥ resulted in a nice double-up.
Christopher Nguyen three-bet an Alex Foxen raise to 10,000, then Foxen made it 28,000 to go. Nguyen called.
When the flop came 4♥9♥10♣, Foxen bet 24,000. Nguyen moved all in. Foxen made the call immediately.
Christopher Nguyen: K♠K♦
Alex Foxen: K♣K♥
Nguyen laughed as soon as Foxen tabled his hand. With the board running out 3♠2♠ on the river and turn, a split pot was at hand.
"That's so disappointing," Foxen said with a smile.
