Sean Winter made it 140,000 to play from under the gun and found a call from Michael Moncek in the big blind.

The flop came 3A9 and Moncek check-called Winter's 60,000 continuation-bet for the players to see the A peel off on the turn.

Moncek checked once more to Winter. who fired off a second barrel of 480,000. Moncek flat-called once more.

On the 6 river Moncek knuckled the table for a third time and WInter loaded up a third barrel of 1,200,000. and fired it out. Moncek went deep deep into the tank and used four time extensions before he tossed in the call, only to instantly toss his cards into the muck on seeing Winter table AQ for turned trips.

Artur Martirosian raised from the button to 120,000, and Pavel Plesuv defended from the big blind. The flop came out with J52, and Plesuv checked to the raiser, who bet 110,000. Plesuv called.

Both players checked the K turn.

On the river Q, Plesuv checked, and Martirosian bet out 325,000. Plesuv called.

Martirosian announced, "Ten high" in his deep voice, and was true to his word as he turned over 108.

Plesuv turned over J6 for a pair of jacks and the winning hand.

Martirosian Runs Into Nuts of Roiter

Quite the cooler took place in a heads-up pot between Artur Martirosian and Klemens Roiter on a board of 7K8J5.

All the chips got in the middle on the river with Roiter having the effective stack of 910,000. He showed 109 for the nut straight, beating out the lower straight of Martirosian with 64.

The flop came 389 and it was checked to Gierse, who fired out for 115,000. Kornuth got out of the way and Moncek made the call.

On the 2 turn, Moncek checked to Gierse, who fired a second bullet of 280,000. Moncek called once more.

The A peeled off on the river and Moncek led out for 540,000. Gierse tossed in the call near instantly and tabled AJ for a rivered top pair, crushing Moncek's 77.
