Level 19 : Limits 6,000/12,000, 0 ante
Yuxi Huang
Yuxi Huang

Yuxi Huang opened from under the gun, and the action folded around to Philip Rhee in the big blind. Rhee moved all in for a short stack, and Huang quickly called to put him at risk.

Philip Rhee: 94All in
Yuxi Huang: J10

Rhee needed some help from the board, but the runout of 5Q538 failed to improve his hand.

Huang's jack-high remained best, earning her the pot and adding more chips to her growing stack, while Rhee headed to the payout desk.

Ngo's Rivered Pair Earns Him the Pot

Level 19 : Limits 6,000/12,000, 0 ante

Vo Ngo opened from middle position and picked up two callers in Michael Lipner from the cutoff and Thomas Miressi from the small blind.

The flop came 3102 and was checked to Lipner, who fired a bet. Both of his opponents called to see the turn.

The Q turn checked through, bringing the 8 on the river. Miressi led out with a bet, and Ngo made the call. Lipner took some time to consider his decision before eventually sending his cards into the muck.

Miressi tabled A3 for a pair of threes, but Ngo revealed A8 for a pair of eights made on the river to claim the pot.

After the hand, Ngo turned to Lipner and asked, "Did you fold a ten?" Lipner responded with a nod.

Christian Roberts

Edward Yam raised from the cutoff and was looked up by Christian Roberts on the button and Ryan Lawrence in the big blind.

The flop came 68J and it was checked to Roberts who bet. Lawrence folded and Yam put in the two-bet which was enough to put Roberts all in, who snap-called.

Christian Roberts: J10 All in
Edward Yam: AQ

Roberts was ahead but needed to dodge some outs. The 9 on the turn gave both players gutshot straight draws but took away one of their pair outs. It made no difference though as the river bricked out with the 6 and Roberts was pushed the pot for a double up.
