With around 150,000 in the pot, three players saw a flop of J56, which was checked through.

The J paired the board on the turn, and Laura Wolkoff led out with a bet. Ni Hansen, sitting in the big blind, responded with a raise. Michael Lipner quickly folded from middle position, while Wolkoff called off the rest of her stack to put herself at risk.

Ni Hansen: 1010

Wolkoff was behind against Hansen's tens and jacks and needed help on the river to survive. The dealer revealed the A, improving Hansen to a flush and bringing Wolkoff's tournament run to an end after she entered Day 2 as the chip leader.

Three ways in a three-bet pot on a flop of 562, Michael Lipner checked from the small blind and Thomas Miressi checked from early position to Laura Wolkoff, who bet from middle position. Lipner raised, which got a fold from Miressi, but a three-bet from Wolkoff. Lipner called.

Lipner then check-called a bet from Wolkoff on the 10 turn before both players checked down on the K river.

"Nines," Lipner announced as he tabled 99.

Wolkoff nodded her head and sent her cards into the muck — awarding the large pot to Lipner.

Sessler Sends Cipiti Packing

Level 18 : Limits 5,000/10,000, 0 ante

Gregory Sessler raised under the gun and was called by Jorge Ufano on the button. Nick Cipiti sat in the big blind then put in a two-bet and was called in both spots.

The flop came 427, Cipiti bet out and found two callers once more.

On the 9 turn Cipiti checked to Sessler who bet out. Ufano released his hand and Cipiti called.

The K peeled off on the turn and Cipiti moved all in and was snap-called by Sessler who tabled 109 for second pair. That had Cipiti's AQ crushed and Cipiti was sent packing.

Hansen Finishes Off Lee

Level 18 : Limits 5,000/10,000, 0 ante

After a flurry of preflop raises, Yongjae Lee was left with only 8,000 chips behind. Ni Hansen put him all in before the dealer had the chance to table the flop, and Lee made the call, sending the cards on their backs.

Yongjae Lee: AKAll in
Ni Hansen: QQ

The flop came 1058, keeping Hansen's queens in front. The Q turn improved Hansen to a set, but it also gave Lee additional outs for a flush draw and a gutshot straight draw. One player at the table even commented, "That's a good card for you."

However, Lee's hopes were short-lived. The 10 river paired the board, giving Hansen a full house and ending Lee's tournament run.
