Level 19 : Limits 12,000/24,000, 0 ante

Raul Celaya was already all in from under the gun as Kelly Vande Mheen and Valentin Vornicu went to a flop of A55. Vandemheen then bet from the hijack, and Vornicu called in the big blind.

Both players checked the K turn, and Vornicu then led out with a bet on the 5 river. Vande Mheen took a minute and eventually called.

For years, fans have followed every part of Daniel Negreanu’s World Series of Poker grinds through his vlogs. This week, however, the seven-time WSOP bracelet winner shared something far more personal than a tournament update or high-stakes hand review.

At the start of his latest vlog, Negreanu could be seen doing some light reading from The New Father: A Dad’s Guide to the First Year.

That’s right. KidPoker is about to become DaddyPoker!

Double Knockout For Holley

Level 19 : 12,000/24,000, 0 ante

David Lewis bet his last 23,000 from the big blind on a board of 8K94 and John Holley called in the hijack, as did Owais Ahmed in the small blind.

Holley asked Ahmed how much he had behind as they went to the 10 river. "Don't worry about me," Ahmed replied, committing his last chips.

"Raise. Just kidding," Holley said as he called.

Ahmed showed A762 for a straight, while Lewis had AKJ3. Holley, though, turned over AQQJ for a king-high straight to scoop the pot and send both opponents to the rail.

Esther Taylor raised under the gun and was called by Ilia Krupin in middle position, while James Davis called for his last 23,000 in the small blind. Paul Phenow also came along from the big blind.

Taylor bet on the QJ10 flop, and only Krupin called. Both players checked the J turn, and Taylor bet again on the 2 river. Krupin folded this time.

Taylor turned over AQ65 for queens and jacks, and Davis mucked on his way to the payout desk.
