Kupin Finds a Miracle Against Pan

Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Aaron Kupin and Qinghai Pan were heads-up on a board of 259J, each already with more than 200,000 in the pot. Kupin then got in his last 910,000 from the hijack, and Pan put him at risk in middle position.

Aaron Kupin: AK972 All in
Qinghai Pan: QJ432

Pan showed two pair, and Kupin was already standing up from his seat preparing to make his exit as he turned over AK972. The river, though, brought the K to give Kupin kings and nines and the double.

"Wow, what a card. I've never hit a card like that in my life," Mike Matusow said.
