Grax KO's Cugunov
Level 25
: Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
James MacMillan opened to 100,000 from middle position and Konstantin Cugunov moved all in on the button for 315,000. Sebastien Grax re-raised to around 1,500,000 and MacMillan quickly got out of the way, but not before he showed his 9♣9♦.
Konstantin Cugunov: J♣J♥
Sebastien Grax: K♣K♠
Cugunov was looking for help, but the 4♠K♥6♥ flop only improve Grax further. The 8♦ turn saw him drawing dead and he stood from the table as the 2♦ completed the board.
