Kamel Mokhammad was first to act and raised to 175,000. Erick Mossinger re-raised to 615,000 from the cutoff. Miguel Ore Avila four-bet to 2,005,000 on the button. Mokhammad five-bet all-in to put both his opponents at risk.

Mossinger called for 1,045,000 total, and Ore Avila followed with a call also for 2,865,000 total as both were at risk as they went to a critical showdown.

The flop came 7♠9♦K♥. Lee pushed 615,000 leaving behind a 5,000 chip. Claushuis announced all-in for almost 3,000,000. Lee threw his last chip in for a call, taking them to showdown.

Claushuis hit a pair on the flop with a chance to improve to a straight while Lee had pocket aces.

The dealer peeled the 2♠ turn which strengthened Lee's lead with a set of two, evoking a groan of frustration from Claushuis.

The dealer completed the board with a 6♣ then pushed the pot towards Lee for a double up.

In a four-way limped pot, the action checked through on a 10♦9♠3♣ flop, tempting Ravi Shankar to take a stab at the pot for 300,000 on the 5♠ turn. Bouwe Claushuis folded in the big blind, but Zachary Gruneberg and Miltiadis Kyriakides both called from the hijack and on the button.

The action checked to Kyriakides on the 4♦ river, who moved all in for 210,000. Shankar folded, but Gruneberg called.

Kyriakides tabled K♠9♥7♠7♥6♥ for a rivered straight, and Gruneberg tossed his cards face down into the muck.

Hokyiu Lee limped in from the hijack, which tempted Ravi Shankar and Bouwe Claushuis to do the same from the button and small blind. Zachary Gruneberg then checked his option in the big blind.

When Claushuis checked on the 7♠2♥10♣ flop, Gruneberg didn't hang around, putting a bet of 250,000 into the middle. Shankar called on the button, but the other two players in the hand folded.

The 8♥ turn did nothing to slow Gruneberg down, firing another 700,000 into the pot. Shankar gave it serious consideration, but ultimately chose to fold.
