Alessio Isaia raised first to act, and Nick Pupillo made it three bets to go. Alessio Isaia put in the call, leaving himself just 80,000 behind.

Each player drew two at the first drawing round, and Isaia moved all in. Pupillo put in the call.

On the second round of draws, they both took two again. Isaia then stood pat for his tournament life, while Pupillo drew a card.

Isaia briefly tabled a jack-nine, then chucked his cards at the muck when Pupillo's 9x6x4x2x was joined by a seven, to send Isaia home. He muttered to himself as he left the tournament area.

Both players changed one card on the second draw and Isaia check-called another bet, keeping his final 130,000 behind.

Isaia took one card on the final draw while Pupillo patted. Isaia then check-folded to Pupillo's final bet.

In the next hand, Isaia was all in and at risk against Michelle Chin. Isaia ended up with 8x7x6x3x2x, Chin was drawing live with 8x4x3x2x but paired her four to double Isaia up.

Start-of-the-day chip leader Alessio Isaia has had a rollercoaster day so far and is on a downward slope again. In a hand against Nick Pupillo, Isaia raised and called a three-bet from his left-hand neighbor. Isaia drew two and Pupillo one and Isaia check-called a bet.

On the second draw, Isaia once again drew two while Pupillo stood pat. Isaia check-folded, leaving 700,000 behind.

Three bets went in between small blind Daniel Strelitz and big blind Horacio Chaves. Both players drew one card and Strelitz check-called a bet from Chaves. Strelitz drew one on the second draw and Chaves stood pat. Strelitz then check-called another bet.

On the final draw, Strelitz drew one and Chaves remained pat. Both players checked and Chaves' rough nine 9x8x7x5x2x was enough to take it down.

She then drew two, and Tot opted for just one card. Action checked through, and each player took the same number of cards as the first draw. Action checked through, and Chin went into the tank.

After some time, she patted, and Tot patted behind. She put him all in, and he called.

Chin tabled a jack-nine, but Tot managed to stay alive with 9x8x6x5x4x

Ian Pelz opened the action and Sean Troha three-bet behind him. Pelz four-bet and Troha called, leaving 70,000 behind. Both players drew two cards and Pelz quickly flicked the final 70,000 in. Troha called and was at risk.

On the second draw, Pelz drew one and Troha two. Pelz drew one on the final draw. Troha waved his hand and calmly spread out the best possible hand with 7x5x4x3x2x.

Pelz did get there in the end, completing an 8x6x5x3x2x, but it was merely a formality.

Isaia bet out, only for Tot to put in two bets. Isaia called, then both players drew one and checked to the final draw.

They each drew one for a second time, and Isaia slid out a bet into the middle. Tot went deep into the tank. After around a minute, he stuck in a call, but mucked to the 10x8x4x3x2x of Isaia.

Horacio Chaves raised on the button, Ian Pelz three-bet from the small blind, Chaves four-bet, and Pelz called. Pelz drew one on the first draw and Chaves was pat right off the bat. Pelz drew one on the first and second draw and check-called both streets.

He stood pat on the final draw and checked a third time. Chaves wasn't slowing down and emptied the clip. Pelz removed his glasses and rubbed his forehead. He muttered slightly under his breath, darting calling chips around his fingers a bit before committing them to the pot.

Chaves rolled over 8x6x5x4x2x, Pelz nodded and mucked his hand.
